Our current scale of charges for international clients is available below.
To save on international transfer fees, we can bill and accept payment in currencies other than Australian dollars, including USD, EUR and GBP.
Our charge for filing an Australian patent application is AU$800 (approx US$550) inclusive of government fees. If no objections are raised during examination and the application contains 20 or fewer claims, our total charge from filing to grant is AU$1,950 (approx US$1,330), of which AU$1,250 is government fees.
